You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error, 7Summits LLC will look to compensate you for the return shipping. Items should be returned in their original product packaging to 7 Summits LLC noted on your packing slip.
All items accepted for return will be credited to the original credit card used for purchasing the order. Returns are credited to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days after the Product is recieved. The refund will be for the full value of the items returned, unless otherwise noted. Shipping fees will not be refunded to your credit card.
If the product has been open but is in sellable condition there will be a restocking fee. Fees will be determine after product is returned.
Please note that you can only create a Return for an order once it has been marked as Shipped.
Attention! on all Rock Climbing Gear. We do not take returns on rock climbing gear. It is for your protection that we only sell new gear from the manufacture.
Please include a copy of your receipt, invoice or gift packing list, or if you no longer have one of these, a letter with the following information:
- Phone Number
- E-mail address
- When, where and by whom the purchase was made
- Reason for the return
- Purchase price of the item(s)
Please specify whether you would like an exchange, a refund or a gift credit.
